Terms of Use
These terms set out the rules for using the AvtoSoz platform. Using the platform means you accept them.
1. Acceptance
Using the AvtoSoz mobile app, the Telegram Mini App, the Web CRM or the avtosoz.uz website means you fully accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
2. Who may use the platform
- The platform is intended for people aged 18 and over.
- The mobile app is a working tool for a service team: you sign in with an account issued by your employer and act on its behalf.
- The Telegram Mini App is for vehicle owners and mechanics.
3. What the service is
AvtoSoz is a tool for keeping service history, identifying a car by QR code and running loyalty programmes between a service centre and a driver. The platform does not itself perform car service work and is not responsible for its quality, price or warranty — that is the responsibility of the service centre that performed the work.
4. Accounts and security
- A staff account (email and password) is created and revoked by the employer; a mechanic may also link the Telegram surface with a one-time invite code.
- Do not share your credentials. Anything done under your account is treated as done by you.
- If you suspect your account has been compromised, tell your employer and support@avtosoz.uz immediately.
- A driver signs in to the Mini App with their own Telegram account and confirms a phone number once.
5. Rules for drivers
- Add only vehicles you own or are entitled to use, and enter their details accurately.
- Show your QR code only to the mechanic doing the work right now — the code opens your history for 5 minutes.
- The platform is free for drivers.
6. Rules for service centres
- Enter accurate information about the organisation, branches, staff and service catalogue.
- Record visits only for work that was actually performed; records created by another service centre cannot be modified.
- Honour the loyalty rule you have published.
- Use your customers’ data only to provide the service. Exporting it off the platform, selling it, or passing it to third parties for advertising is prohibited — the service centre is accountable to its customers.
- Revoke a departing employee’s access promptly.
7. Loyalty programme
The loyalty rule (category, number of visits, reward type) is set by the service centre and is that centre’s obligation. The platform only keeps the counter and shows when a reward is due; the reward itself is provided by the service centre. Changing the rule is not a ground for cancelling a counter already earned.
8. AI features
- Voice fill turns what a mechanic says into form field values. The result is indicative: the mechanic must review and correct it before saving.
- “Upcoming services” suggestions are a forecast from history and odometer readings; they do not replace the manufacturer’s schedule or a mechanic’s judgement.
- When using the voice feature, say only what the job requires — details are in sections 3 and 6 of the Privacy Policy.
- AI features may be temporarily disabled or limited (for example when a provider limit is reached) — the rest of the platform keeps working.
9. Payment and subscription
- The platform is free for drivers.
- Subscription and tariff terms for a service centre are agreed separately. No payment happens inside the app — the app only shows subscription status.
- If a subscription expires or is suspended, some CRM features may be limited; existing records are not lost.
10. Prohibited conduct
The following is prohibited:
- recording work that was not actually performed, or inflating a loyalty counter;
- using someone else’s QR code, account or invite code;
- placing excessive automated load on the platform or testing for vulnerabilities without permission;
- bulk-copying data (scraping) or porting it into another product;
- attempting unauthorised access to another user’s data;
- posting unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.
A breach may lead to suspension or termination of the account.
11. Intellectual property
The platform, its interface, code, brand and documentation belong to AvtoSoz. The data you enter (vehicles, visits, photos) remains yours — we use it only to provide the service.
12. Availability
The platform is provided “as is”. Temporary interruptions are possible because of maintenance, provider outages or updates. We may change, add or discontinue features; where a change is material we will try to announce it in advance.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AvtoSoz is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or outages at third parties (Telegram, AI providers, hosting). Disputes between a service centre and a driver are settled between those parties; the platform only provides the record history.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the platform and request deletion of your account at any time — see Account Deletion. We may suspend an account for a serious breach of these terms and will state the reason where possible.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are settled through negotiation first; failing that, by a competent court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
16. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; the current version always lives on this page with the update date shown above. Questions: support@avtosoz.uz, Telegram @avtosoz_support.
